Modern place, it has very helpful staff at the reception desk.

Nice hotel, perfect location in Terraza & restaurant and with magnificent views. Good sized and perfect room, professional staff at the reception desk. A lot of good options for meal.

Bad smell in the room.

The AC didn't work in the hot weather.

I had an amazing stay with a very comfy bed and great internet speed. The restaurant food was excellent, especially the decor. Definitely coming back for more!

The hotel features a great location with easy access to nearby attractions, but the room I had suffered from inconsistent hot water and cleanliness issues. Staff service could be improved, as my requests were not consistently addressed, making for a less than ideal experience overall.

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the direct access to the mall and the fine views of the cerro de silla from my window.

Fantastic homemade pizza at Flama-totally hit the spot! Plus, I loved the fine views of the Cerro de Silla from my Beautiful King Room and the amazing location near trendy spots like Posh Sushi.

The rooms have very nice amenities in the bathroom. Excellent and perfect location close to Aerocentro de Monterrey. - Beautiful area adjacent to Plaza, other shopping areas, and many great and trendy restaurants.
